Orders placed on Wednesday 2/5 thru Sunday 2/9 will ship between 2/10 - 2/11

We are not responsible for customer address errors and we are not required to change customer address nor respond to address change request nor refund order because of address issues caused by customer. Product information has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA, we make no medical claims. We are not responsible for address errors or discrepancies caused by the postal service.  If a delivered package is stolen customers must contact their local USPS and if its not there then file a police report.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Products ship within 2-3 business days and take 3-5 business days to arrive. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY **NO CANCELLATION AFTER TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED** $5.00 FEE TO RE-SHIP RETURNED PACKAGE ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER ERROR.*

PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL US INQUIRING ABOUT SHIPPING STATUS OR FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. ENTER AN ACCURATE E-MAIL ON YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE ALL CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING YOUR ORDER.

AFTER YOU'VE ORDERED:

Once the tracking number is generated, please allow 24 hours for it to reach the post office.

Also the initial USPS update to the tracking number can take an additional 12 hours or more.

Continue to track your package for updates.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns, however with proof of damages caused during transit or missing items we can replace an order as a courtesy on a case-by-case basis.
